But really, when/if I'm depressed, I get out of the house and get some air. It's better then being inside in my opinion.
That post might be deleted, but for a lot of people, myself included, that just makes me feel worse.
I have a hard time figuring out how to alleviate depression for myself, I've started therapy but it isn't going anywhere. If it's a serious, prolonged depressive episode (especially if it's grief), just waiting it out might be the best solution. I know it's hard, and it's hell, but that is your best bet if nothing else works. (Aside from seeking medical help, but it might be better not to if it's grief)
