Personally, I cannot wear any of the really Nordic looking sets on any race but a Nord - which is actually a flaw in Skyrim imo because so much of the apparel is very Nordic.

Aside from the obvious Orcish armor which looks incredible on an Orc, I really love plain old fashioned iron. It really suits them I think.

The same really. I'll go from Iron to Steel to Orcish and then just keep upgrading it. I'm not really crazy about the orcish weapons though, they just look ... odd and not really effectively made.

The fur armor with the bare chest and hide armor. Scaled horn armor is very fitting. With these he'll look quite Warcraft-y, which isn't a bad thing when it comes to orcs. (Fur armor w/o chest piece and orcish claymore is basically the Swordmaster hero from Wc3).

I hate the weapons too. I use warhammers mostly, and the Orcish warhammer is ridiculous looking. I stick to iron.

I still haven't tried a light armor Orc. Perhaps I should.

Orcish, or the occasional Steel Plate.

my orc at important meetings and such wears full orc heavy armor.

When in the wilds/fighting/hunting or just exploring then she wears light armor, usually something barbaric looking like fur armor or something from a mod.

My Orc wore the Companions wolf armour (I forget it's actual name). Looked pretty good.
