What ever happned to that underground city we saw in the pre

Post » Sun Sep 16, 2012 10:55 pm

I can't remember the name. It was an underground city one of the first pics Bethesda put out for use to preview Skyrim. Is it in the game? I forgot about it, and just remembered about it. Isit even in the game? I rememeber looking so forward trying to find it. I never even herd or read about it. So this got me thinking, that it's not in the game.

So is it in the game? If now why not? Oh so looking forward to it, hopefully it will be in an expansion if not in Skyrim right now. If it is in Skyrim, please don't say where it is, I just want to know if it's in it or not so I am not looking for it like an idiot.

Didn't see that vid, however, there's only one large underground area i can think of, but it's not a city. It has a monastery type building in the middle of it.

You may be thinking of Markarth, and to my knowledge, as it's almost been a year now, I have yet to find an underground city, nor have seen word of one.

Blackreach is an exception, but Blackreach is more of a unique area than it is a Town.

Perhaps it was one of the underground Dwemer dungeons. Pretty much every single one of those was once a city, looking quite a bit like Markarth.

Ah, I believe that is it. So it's Markarth then. I love that city. I thought it was an underground city. I see I am wrong now. Thanks everyone for clearing it up. I guess since I have been in Markarth, I was never at that angle to see it. Where should I go in Markarth to see it at this angle? On the 360 if that makes a difference.

To the right on the bottom is Vlindrel Hall, so standing on the porch of that house is probably your closest bet to get that angle.
