Probably new perk tree and maybe new stuff in the Magic department.
Definitely going to be more shouts but I hope they are useful. The Dragon Aspect sounds handy, I could definitely do an unarmed playthrough with that shout if it works as well as it sounds.

The lycanthropy is going to be in question since it was never mentioned but Solstheim is where it got pretty powerful so its probably just under wraps. Though if they do something with the Lycans they'll probably do something for the fangers and well.

Hopefully there will be something good in Mora's library...
