what to do to get a 10mb+ save file?

so im a ps3 player on skyrim, as we all know many people experience a plethora of problems when their save file reaches a certain size... we'll say 10mb for simplicity. with that being said, what is that one has to do to reach a save file this size? ive played multiple different characters, none of which have went higher than lvl 51 i should note, but have never even came close to having a broken game. my largest save file is on my lvl 51 character and im sitting around 8.5mb and it doesnt seem to be moving to much, it just goes up or down a few kb depending on what i was doing when i save. i havent taken any real steps to minimize save bloat other than a couple of 30day wait periods. now ill admit my game will stutter occassionally when entering new cells but its very minimal and most of the time i dont even notice. so im just confused as to what people are doing to make their games so unplayable? is it massive playtime? does it have to do with playstyle? for instance, will the completionist type people who want lvl 81 characters with all quests finished have a harder time with it? what gives? i'm really just worried that if i keep going with my current character im going to do something to break her =p she was created post patch 1.7 if that makes any difference

please, i dont want anyone to take this the wrong way. i am in no way questioning anyones claims to have a broken game, i just want to know what you had to do to get there? so that i can take steps to avoid it

You probably play a tidy game. For example, pick up any loot, close any doors you open, don't take items that are out in the open (the game has to keep track that they are not there and they respawn anyway). It can also do with the ways you do things, if you are efficient in doing quests (start one and finish it before starting another) the game has to keep track of even less variables.

Now, all this being said, and i play on PC which does grow save files, I don't worry too much about this stuff and my save files never got more than 10 to 12MB in size after many hundreds of hours. I have recently uninstalled the game and archived my saves, so I can't tell you what the last save size was. There have been folks (on PC and PS3) that have somehow gotten their save files up to much larger sizes. That is probably related to some inventory glitches that should have been patched out by now. Which of course would not help someone who started the save before the patch that fixed this issue was applied.
