I dont know where to post this but i was wondering why people get locked. Just a one answer please.

Because they make pointless threads?, kinda like this one.

We lock topics, not people. If a topic is full of spam, heated arguments or not related to the section it's posted in (like this thread is posted in Hearthfire but it's not about hearthfire) we lock it.
