you can give dolls to girls and wooden swrords to boys im not sure if there is anything else...but i sure hope there is if not they should have added alot more so shame on bethesda

Actually you can give daggers to girls too I gave my Daughter a dagger earlier today. I hope she doesn't stab her sister... the way those two fight.

You can give both girls and boys daggers and Wooden Swords. You can give girls a "Kid's Doll", not sure if you can give it to boys too.

you can also let them have a pet if they find one and.bring it home. Or if you bring home a dog as a follower they will ask if they can keep it.

I let Lucia have Bran from castle dawnguard. Its kinda cool because ive noticed bran will follow her outside and just sit nearby like a guard dog.
