Dear Modders,

What is a good blend of mods for removing the level scaling in the game and generally slowing down the leveling up process?

I look for something like OOO for Oblivion, or, failing that, something that reduces the level scaling.

SkyRE and Requiem appears to change too much and force you to reload frequently because of easy deaths. (One arrow to the knee and bye-bye character...)

Any advice welcome.
