Has anyone tried this yet? would they just move and shoot really quick? i know npcs actually do use the special perks like block charge where they would run up to me with a shield and send me flying so i was wondering how would they use the slow motion perk.

Given that certain perks ae only meant to be used by the player, I would assume that a NPC using it would just cause it to happen as if you used it.
