I'm a very new member of the Companions and met Farkas on my way out of the building. He gave me a job to do and for the life of me, I can't figure out which job. I've got sooo many quests, especially the miscellaneous, and I've searched my list but am simply lost. None of the quest names match any I've found on the internet and the misc. quests don't have names. I wish there was more detail that went with the quests in order to determine at a glance who gave you the quest, what city they were in, and where the quest is to be turned into. The misc. jobs don't even have captions to refer to.

If anyone knows what Farkas might have asked me to do, please respond. Thank you.

Farkas gives you the job to wipe out a bandit camp.(silent moon camp)

Companions quests are always in the main list, not miscellaneous.

For some reason I read that as Fawkes.

Beat up someone. Kill bandits. Kill a Necromancer somewhere. I don't think he does the rescue missions.

It will be the 'Trouble in Skyrim' quest. It's a radiant quest, but it always has that title.

Thanks all. Eloise is correct, it was the one listed as Trouble in Skyrim and I was able to complete it.

In that case the quest will be under the name "The Gunpowder Treason and Plot" in the quest log
