Well Thats To Bad, Looks Like No DX10 So Far, I Guess We Will Have To Hope For Some Sort Of Patch.

Although there is not that much difference that I know of between DX9 and DX10. In Crysis 1 you could alter the configs by pointing the "high" graphics settings to the "Very High" configs, and wallah! DX10 Graphics in DX9.

Old, Found On Forum, But According To This Camarillo Says "Crysis 2 Will Support DX11"
I Don't Care If PC Gets DX11 Right Away, As Long As I Can Play The Game Right Away :)

Doom And Gloom

http://www.battlestrats.com/_/general-news/crysis-2-showing-many-signs-of-being-a-train-wreck-r708

With the original Crysis being a PC hit, Crytek and EA made the move to release the demo for Crysis 2 on PC first. A smart move, considering the Xbox 360 beta I played was, well, a bit unpolished to say the least. Unfortunately, there have been several problems stemming from server issues and complaints that the game is far too resource intensive, even for many gaming rigs (PC’s built primarily for playing video games). Here’s a quote from Crytek on March 1st:
I stopped reading at this paragraph. They obviously have no idea what they're talking about, PC was the 2nd to get the demo and the game is running smoothly on 4 year old machines.

Crysis 2 DX11 Screens?

http://www.overclock.net/nvidia/969867-crysis-2-dx11-screens.html

I Don't Think So...The One With the Beach Looks Like The Custom Level Called "Country Path".

The One In The Park Could Be?

PS: I Modified Country Path And Posted It On Map-Factory.org A While Ago :)

that forest screen shot looks sick. I hope there is a lvel in the game like that. It would be cool if central park was in it...all of the buildings have vegetation all over them so central park should be super thick by now....like a little bit of crysis 1 forest gameplay. Just for old times sake :D

Also Mr Raptor since you're pretty good at finding out info...have you seen any information or video showing either first person driving, or the character's arm grabbing weapons and ammunition? I know that most of the videos we've seen have been in an easier difficulty because most of the enemies seem to be highlight in red even without being marked with the binocs....and i know that in crysis warhead on easier difficulties you automatically picked up weapons. I'm hoping that the arm is still there in higher difficulties and we just haven't seen it yet.

thanks.

Sorry Mr.Watson, I haven't been able to find any first person vehicle driving or weapon grabbing, but I will keep looking :)

PS: I bet central park will be in the game, and if it is, it will probably be the most amazing looking part of the game!

It's not a major thing but it's definatelly a small detail I always enjoyed in the game. Hope it returns. Btw, nice work Raptor.
