I'm curious about what level I should be around when going to Dawnguard and Dragonborn, I don't really want to go to them until the weapons and armor are about as good as random armor I find and I don't want the weapons to be overpowered for my level either but I also don't want anything to be underpower for me, if it helps i'm doing what I call an assasin build so light armor, one handed and bows are mainly what I use.
