what if morrowind and planescape torment had a baby?

First person, tactical party-based open world rpg, with a story rivalling that of most good fantasy novels, and gameplay that has major impacts on the gameworld. Best game ever concieved? I think so.

A TES game set in a different dimension with the world built by Bethesda and the story/writing done by Obsidian? I'd buy that. :smile:

considering how badly planescape tanked, probably not. Hopefully the day will come when indie developers have the ability to produce titles of AAA stature, but without all the pitfalls that make modern games weak watered down pieces of poo
