What Perks are NEEDED to Max out weapons and armor without g

Normally to max out everything as much as possible without using glitches I get my Smithing, Enchanting and Alchemy to 100 and get the following perks for Enchanting and Alchemy:-

ALCHEMY
Alchemist x 5
Physician
Benefactor

ENCHANTING
Enchanter x 5
Insightful Enchanter
Corpus Enchanter
Extra Effect

Then by creating fortify alchemy/enchanting potions I use a process to create this armor with the enchantments:-

- Falmer Helmet (Created Potions are 29% more powerful)
- Circlet (Created Potions are 29% more powerful)
- Bracers (Created Potions are 29% more powerful, )
- Armor (Wepons and Armor can be improved 29% better)
- Necklace (Created Potions are 29% more powerful, Wepons and Armor can be improved 29% better)
- Ring (Created Potions are 29% more powerful, Wepons and Armor can be improved 29% better)

And fortify enchanting and smithing potions which have the following effects:-

- Items are enchanted 37% stronger
- Weapon and armor improving is 147% better

My question is - is all of this equipment possible without using all of the above perks? Or can this all be achieved without some of those perks, Basically I'm looking to save perk points wherever possible

The Corpus Enchanter and Extra Effect is just needed to get two enchants, this separate alchemy and smithing rings and amulets you get the same effect. on the other hand it would be stupid to not use two perks to get twice as many enchant on gear, +damage% enchant or resistances.
