What pony do you have stuck in your head?

It might be because its a great song or it might be because I'm listening to it right now: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KI1Oat_KHiM

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R_raXzIRgsA&feature=related -Jefferson Airplane

Apparently, I was singing it rather loudly in the supermarket this morning while doing my daily groceries

'One pill, makes you larger.. and one pill makes you small. And the ones that, your mom gives you don't do anything at all. Ask Alice, when she's ten feet tall..'

People staring at me..

:P

edit..
the last three days it's been a variety of CCR tunes, so I'm kinda glad for the change..
Yesterday I was wailing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Invrf3kk90&feature=related in the produce section whilst holding a leek as a microphone

When I first saw this thread a few days ago I didn't care that much about it. Since then, for at least two days straight I've had http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E6fiZmEZ1eQ by Wishbone Ash stuck in my head. In my heart I am truly a country boy, but I was spending the weekend in Washington, DC with my sister and I couldn't handle all the bustle!

'90s baggy anthem "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0RJwW77Lsj8" by the Charlatans is in danger of outstaying its welcome. I like the song and everything, but not so much when my mind has it on constant repeat...

"we are young" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sv6dMFF_yts

by fun

Damn, I just got that one out. Excellent song though.

Right now for me, it's "Sail" by Awolnation, "Snow (Hey Oh) "by Red Hot Chili Peppers, and now "We Are Young" by fun. I always get a bunch of songs stuck in my head, and they mix together. It's rather annoying

No, but really, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VMnjF1O4eH0 has been returning to my head day after day for the past couple of weeks. I can't get rid of it. Not that I'm actually trying.

That 22 years ago bit got to me, too: I think I was too surprised to feel depressed.

I'm listening to Meatloaf here, Vom...

..standing in line at the checkout counter this morning singing the lyrics to the B-side of 'Paradise by the Dashboard Light', flawlessly.

Thing is, everyone knows that Meatloaf was at his height in about the mid 1700s, but the Madchester scene seems like it was almost yesterday. It's all a bit weird; especially that I can remember things so well from 20 years back given how bad my memory usually is...

I hope that the other people in the queue were suitably disconcerted by you singing Mr Loaf's B-sides. :hehe:

Yep. I still have the original version accompanied by lute.

Dunno.., probably. I relish in it these last few days, being someone else's entertainment/annoyance while working on my singing voice -our supermarket has surprisingly good acoustics

Well I think it's a wonderful endeavour, personally. You should ransack this thread for new material so that the shoppers enjoy something particularly memorable.

I don't necessarily recommend the lute accompaniment, though. Actually a friend of mine is really into hurdy-gurdying, that could be an interesting side-line.

It's Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan. She's an angel. She kills him for the lulz then revives him.
