Hmm, I did not know you can actually follow someone else. I followed the imperial about 7 times. That many times I started from scratch.

Im a Nord warrior and i followed the stormcloak guy, but will probably join the imperial legion i think

I followed the Imperial, like others I dodnt catch the part were I could have followed someone else. Although I did wonder why Stormcloaks kept attacking when the Imperials just tried to cut my head off.

I'm not sure why it's so controversial, but it's quirks of history.

European governments (historically) were repressive royalties, over time Europeans have gained rights from their government.
The American government, and it's revolution were hugely positive moves for the American people, over time the federal government has been seen to 'chipped away' at American freedoms.

IMHO it just leads to a strange quirk whereby Europeans tend to think of governments in a different manner than American's do.

It just means that faced with an 'oppressive state', I'd expect an average European response to be 'reform' (things will naturally get better over time) and an average American 'revolution' (things are only going to get worse).

1st one was a nord female more or less melee but is an all rounder because it was the cutest..

2nd... not sure... hight elf with only mage cloths and armour and only magic skills etc but using a bow for sniping.. what class am i?

Nord, Crusader, Hadvar, Imperial Legion.

Followed Hadvar, my character has been (unknowingly) asleep for 200 years so has no idea about anything and just assumes the Stormcloaks are trouble causing raiders. He still sides with The Imperial Legion even after he realizes the situation, sense he feels they would be the best hope for repelling The Thalmor Dominion.

I didn't know there was another path to follow either but I followed Hadvar and would still do the same. I love the tutorials and I'll do it again on a second character.

Brenton One handed mace/shield/archer and I followed Hadvar. I did not realize we could follow someone else so I'll try that my second time through if I remember.

Redguard Ranger build using Archery, 2 handers, alchemy, sneaking, light armor, and block.

Dunmer. Thief and Archer, but he uses destruction magic, restoration, conjuration and one handed at times. Trying to get a feel for the weapons.

Oh, and the Legion dude. Not really sure why, since I started intending to side with the Stormcloaks.

On my first character - a nord heavy armour, 1h, block warrior with some sneak and archery thrown in - I followed Ralof.

lol me the exacte opposite, thought you could only follow the nord.

My first character was a nord 2hander/duel wielder(ditched him now) and I followed Ralof. I honestly remember liking Ralof from the intro and hoping he would live. It was no contest who I would follow. All my characters now usually follow Hadvar because I go imperial in the civil war(usually), but if it was me IRL I would go with Ralof.

Dunmer Mage - followed Hadvar out.

same here... and i didn't know their was an option (did it twice).
have a male dunmer playing mage style. second have a female khajiit playing as theif.

Character 1: Nord Battlemage/ Warrior - Ralof.

Character 2: Argonian Thief/ Assassin -Hadvar

Female orc warrior, deserted from the imperial army, got caught crossing the border, but escaped with my new rebel buddy Ralof.

Dark Elf, pure warrior. Followed Ralof.

My character will be Dunmer (I've played a bit, but waiting for the next patch to do any serious game) and follow Ralof (like I have before). However, as he learns how the Stormcloaks treat his kind and other lore information that he'll find in-game, he'll join the Imperials.

I play an Orc, (because once you go green you never go back ), and I followed Hadvar. I wasn't even aware that you could follow Ralof.

This. I guess it must be a greenskin thing (aint nothin but a g thang even...?)

What can I say, magic is fun, but I will never tire of smashing things in a face with a blunt object. Much more satisfying than shooting.

I follow those that don t try to reap me off...always, the other way is not quite healthy.
