I'm getting tired of my 2H plate-wearing warrior, and i wish I could use a little bit of magic.

What is the most polyvalent race ie. that could allow me to use at the same time a good weapon and spells like healing or destruction?

Pretty much any character can allow you to use magic, as long as you put the time in to level that attribute.
