What should be included in the next patch.

Here is a list of the features and fixes that i thought should have been in the game in the first place, that should be in the next patch update:

- The water edges should be updated so it fades onto shore not disappear instantly
- Tidal waves out among the northern shore of skyrim.
- Make the distance viewing further, instead of allowing the trees, buildings etc to fade into view. Permanently place them on the map when loaded. (if its possible of course)
- There is a loading time difference when entering buildings, cities and skyrim itself. Buildings should have less time to load than cities or skyrim and cities should take less time to load then skyrim, not the same load time as skyrim.
- Lighting fixed so it actually casts light and shadows etc.
- Foliage moves to the touch of the player.
- Sound needs to be synchronized to the actions its associated with.
- The item placement in buildings should be fixed so items are not thrown across the room. lol.
- Couriers use horses to get around.
- Mounting horses can be mounted from either side of the horse.
- Horses turn easily instead of rotating like it has wheels on its hooves.
- More blood spill.
- Add scarier foes to the game.
- Fix crashing problems.
- Have a creation kit for xbox and ps3
Addons:
- Take that stupid trap door away (hearthfire)
- Allow Castle Volkihar to be remade. (whole of castle volkihar)
- Fix the transition from vampire lord to human.
- Allow a face sculptor for vampires that have vampire features to add to the player. e.g wings, batface (like the other vampires), change colour of vampire eyes etc

What should be available on steam, psn or xbox live monthly:
- general optimization updates.

I have an xbox.
If there is anymore suggestions it would be great to know. Hopefully these ideas do get throught to bethesda. *fingers crossed*
Some of these things are minor but its the small things that can make a game better.

They need to fix the crap where you can only get married once. You're stuck with who you marry and if she dies and you don't have a backed up save, your screwed. Sometimes I think Beth has [censored] brainfart moments like that. Only being able to get married once, not very many spouse options, oh and prior to Dawnguard, once getting healed from Vamp or Werewolf you can't become one again. Beth, players don't like or want the "one time only per-character" situation. You need to fix it. Pretty much an established fact that a lot of people don't like that.

The absolute biggest thing that needs to be fixed is the item cleanup, if you don't pick up the weapons in the inventory of Bandits and other creatures, they will remain there. That adds memory to the game and could eventually lead to corruption. You could work around that but unless you train yourself to do it every time, it's going to get tedious. I don't mind doing it but for a good portion of people, it will get old after a while.

I don't know about divorce necessarily, but I would think that after a suitable mourning period a new spouse could be found.
