Just finished HH and found two skillbooks both were Big Book of Science. Found them in a workbench crate in caves. Anyone know if this was a random event or fixed. Have others randomly spawned? What else have you found?

Well that link explains why I got 4 big books of science in 2 crates.... at 100 science that was irritating on first play through.

4 books 2 crates.....

And probably 0 in the other two, My first run through honest hearts, not a single skill book in any of the crates.

You didn't get it did you, try 2 book 1 crate

I've been at it for 5 hours now and this is what I have accumulated:

Cueva Guarache: Chinese Special Ops, Tales of Junk Jerky Town, Lying, Congressional Style x 2 = Total 4 skillbooks.

Fallen Rock Cave: Big Book of Science, D.C. Journal of Medicine, Tales of Junk Jerky Town x 2 = Total of 4 skillbooks.

Stone Bones Cave: Big Book of Science x 2, D.C. Journal of Medicine, Lying, Congressional Style = Total 4 skillbooks.

Angel Cave next.

I have had numerous variations with 2 skillbooks including Dean's Electronics and Tumbler's Today but not these two together.

I have found that having Chalks as a companion MAY (not yet confirmed) help in getting th elusive 4 skillbooks to appear. I had him both times in Guarache and Fallen Rock. I have since re-acquired for Stone Bones.

Somewhere they gotta put in a dlc a little random event where 2 ghouls are fighting over 1 cup.
