My first character will probably end quests the good karma way . don't know about factions yet .

On my own for a while to get the lay of the land. Then I'll join NCR

NCR. It's always more fun to take a side so I look forward to getting my hands dirty with politics and bullets in Vegas.

That being said, I am tempted to side with CL as revenge for being forced to team up with the Brotherhood of Steel in FO3.

Eeeeh, I may go with the NCR and/or New Vegas populace. What I DO know, is I am going to kill the hell outta Benny and take that shiny pistol of his.

I originally planned to be in NCR, but maybe I will team up with the Legion, because, you know, maybe there is a way to make them more...okay for people?

Lol, this is pretty much what I'll be doing, too, but I'll probably side with NCR (or BoS if available), but still play the others off eachother.. then ambush them!
Besides, the Desert Armor looks so cool.. I'll probably side with the NCR anyways just to see if there's a unique version of it..

Besides, out of all the factions, NCR seems the less evil-ist (they're all kinda bad, kinda good), but I don't agree with the way Ceasers Legion runs things with slavery.. so I'll most likely always oppose them.

Hmm, I dont know.....I like to do some slaving on the side (even though I like to maintain neutral or good karma, strangely, I feel no guilt when I enslave innocent people ) Ill just have to see whats been going on with the two factions sents Fallout 2, then Ill make my decision....

But Im thinking about going NCR first time through, I like the berret.....

The people in here saying they'll pit every faction against each other has more balls than I do. I don't want to have every faction kill me in the end (Sawyer said that eventually every faction will find out it was you, and they won't be to happy) xD

I will attempt to stay neutral, during the entire course of the game.

I will not kill any women or children, although there are exceptions e.g. fire when fired upon.

I prefer traveling alone, as not being responsible for somebody else makes it easier to survive, more food and water as well.


So - Solo it is.

All I know is whoever I side with the first time through, I will go the other route the next play through.

Whoever I find to be best for the Mojave Wasteland
I'll probably supprort NCR the most, but in the overall scheme of things I might take the wheel myself
if I find they aren't best.

I imagine they'll have a pretty hard time of it, after awhile one of them will start shooting you on sight, another cutting you off from quests, higher ups will recognize you even in disguise, etc.

I think it will sound ideal at the start but once you get in the thick of the reputation system midgame people will start to realize they might be working themselves into a corner. Alot of early rewards with some dangerous backfire down the road.

If what Josh said is true, there are hitmen that will track you down all the way into town (not sure if the regulators or Talon company could do that), thats a recipe for a whirlwind disaster once burned bridges start piling up.

Exactly, I don't need to get my ass kicked by assassins or rangers or whatever hence I'm sticking to siding with Mr. House. :wink_smile:

I'd probably go Enclave on the place, burning a path for a new and fresh America... and killing everybody if necessary.
