What is the benefit of installing this game to the hard drive?
Besides preventing the console from working too hard due to several hours of playtime.

I'm just curious to know if there are any noticeable changes to the gameplay or game itself when installed to the hard drive. I play on the Xbox 360 and the load times aren't bad at all. Some textures take a couple of seconds to load, but that's hardly an issue. Graphics look fine to me.

Thoughts?

Faster load times and like you said better for the console and the disc.

I do it for all the games I play. I love my 360 but it can be a bit noisy. I actually noticed that Skyrim looked a bit better when it was installed too.

Yeah, I don't blame you - if it helps the console and the disc, why not right? :)

But if faster load times is pretty much the only difference it'll make, I can work with that. Thanks for your comment.

Since the optical disc drive isn't spinning, the console is also a lot more quiet.

But yeah, I think the load times are very impressive. The levels are fairly large, and yet the loading times are quite short.
