What's the font used for road signs in Skyrim?

I'd just like them to be easier to read. As-is, it's nearly impossible to read the ones pointing towards the main cities (Windhelm/Witerun/Solitude/Riften/etc).

I can accommodate that, but at the same time I'd like to use the native font. It looks like a variant of an Olde English type face.. my Google-fu isn't turning up the exact match though.
