Okay so lately I've been having some issues with my Skyrim account.

I think it started with the 'No One Escapes Cidhna Mine' quest. I've escaped the prison and I am back in Markarth, but it keeps telling me to follow Madanach, I've already followed him out of the mine and now it's just him and a bunch of Forsworns, staying in the same place. Talking to Madanach does nothing, so they all just stand there, not letting me finish the quest.
I didn't really take any notice but now that I am experiencing problems as simple as sleeping, no matter where the bed is, if I attempt to sleep in it, it asks me if I'd like to serve my jail sentence. The only time I've been in a prison was the Cidhna mine one, so that's why I think they're related.

I also think that these problems have been causing a chain effect on my other quests, such as the 'The Jagged Crown' quest, when I pick up the Ebony Claw, it's not in my inventory, but I just looked closely at the key markings to open the door, and I didn't take much notice of that either, the main problem I have with my account is that, no matter what I try, I can't get the Jagged Crown off the dead 'Draugr Deathlord' body. It's just not in his inventory after I kill him and search him.

So far I have tried loading a much earlier save, replaying the glitched 3 hours of quests.
Restarting my Xbox.
Sleeping in a bed (that is how I found the jail time glitch)
And have been searching the internet for a couple of hours now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, so please share your ideas.
