I've been looking for a durable, trustworthy, high capacity Flash Drive for quite some time now, but I just don't know what to trust. Could you guys help me out in finding the ideal flash drive?

It's extremely cheap, has a crap load of space, and is really small. I'm really trying to steer clear of the kind that pop out though.

4 MB/s sequential write and 2 MB/s random write speed --- ouch, that's sloooooow

Kingston and Patriot USBs are usually fast. Once you start getting in the 8+ GB range, speed really starts getting important, nothing worse than a slow one.

EDIT: Before I buy one, do you have any suggestions on 32GB Flash drives? Just in case I decide to go for that upgrade in capacity. The $30 limit is solid.

I have http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820220505but 8GB version, and I can confirm it's very nice speed (tested with some kind of a program for USB testing). The only downside is barely visible flashing diode.

Looks very nice to me, if you're after fast and large space. Tempted to buy one myself.

I read that last part as "Barely visible flashing [censored]." at first.
