What is the level distribution of enemies in no-scaling mods

I find that these are generally not very well documented:

For a typical non-scaling (say Baldur's Gate or Dragon Age) you are given hints about what difficulty to expect and where to venture next.

Vanilla Skyrim removes this need by scaling the world down to your level (mostly). The no-scaling overhaul mods (Requiem, SkyRE, or Skyrim Unleashed) are noble in their efforts, how are you to know the lvl distribution of the enemies WITHOUT dying first. (I only play dead-is-dead.)

Does anyone know the area level distributions for Requiem, SkyRE, or Skyrim Unleashed and when one can hope to tackle, e.g., main quests, guild quests etc. (Documentations on their download pages are terrible on this regard.)
