I was changing my shouts yesterday and noticed another item under magic called "Powers". I had 4 listed but can't recall the names. What do these do? Is there a list somewhere that gives some details? I've never used any of them yet.

Most of them are abilities that can be used once a day.
There should be a description by them that tell you what they can do.

One of them will be your "racial power," a special ability that varies depending on the race of the character you are playing. Nords have Battle Cry, Dunmer have Ancestor's Wrath, etc. What they do is explained in the table at the link above.

Other powers are gained by activating a particular standing stone or by completing a particular quest, or by becoming a werewolf or vampire.

Ohhh...OK. These powers are from the standing stones and what you can choose from the Nocturnal temple?
