What's the size of the place in.. for example holds ?
Is it the size of Whiterun Hold ?
The Rift ?

I'd say it's too big for those few quests that you get to do there. This place would have really benefited from a small town with npc's who give you quests.

If the size is big then it's all I need , I know of the many artifacts that are there and the temples which got actually a different feel than this boring and unciviled Nordic theme.

size is relative in this case,the vale is a masterpiece in the videogame history in terms of artistic result,level design,music and atmosphere
the letdowns for me ? frost giants could have been better and stronger,no needs for two more identic creatures with a different skin,and as usual a certain lack of depth and choices in the writing

last: i want to know more about the snow elves and try eventually to "cure" them - i hope that this could be at least a good starting point for the future

Ahh the same resolution for me

Personally I HATE those huge wide screens , and also I can make the game Ultra with tons of Performance mods work smoothly on one simple GTX 560 Ti.

I haven't been there yet but I was wondering about the music in the vale. It's just the same vanilla music, isn't it? I might add some different music to give it a different feel...

It's easily 2 or 3 times the size of Blackreach. Very big, very expansive.

It's bigger than Falkreath hold, unless you include Riverwood, the lake and Bleak Falls Barrow.

Yeah, there are glacial crevices and caves you can find that are full of Falmer. I wouldn't recommend them if you're claustrophobic, though

and you can kill the Frost Giants to get jewel paragons that take you to special places

The Ruby Paragon lets you get Auriel's Shield, for example. But other than that, the loot is leveled.

The flora and fauna are certainly unique and the Falmer villages are full of character. The terrain isn't all that different from Winterhold; lots of snow, a river and a frozen lake. You'll get a The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe vibe towards the end.

It is exactly 2.7 square Holds divided by 3. Now play it already. Geez, why does it matter?

I'm also a maniac of Landmass.
( One of the reasons I'm not so interested in Enderal anymore. )
