What what you do?

So long story short, I pre-ordered my copy of Skyrim awhile back. I wanted the free map, but none of the other bling, so I was reasonably happy.

Until today, when I discover that the delivery is most likely going to be late. And not just a day or two late. Like somewhere under or over a week late. I'm locked into the pre-order, though I haven't paid the full amount.

Would you guys demand your money back, just cut your losses and wait, or head over to another store?

I'm annoyed because I thought the purpose of a preorder was to reserve a copy for you on the day the game comes out, because, well... that's when most people are after it. So am I on the high moral ground asking for my money back?

Thoughts, comments, and everything else appreciated. What should I do?

Where did you pre-order and why is it going to be late?

Rather not say in case they by some miracle manage to get it in on time, but suffice to say, a major department store in Australia that has thus far, according to my knowledge, been generally on time.

And they haven't provided a reason, they simply haven't received the shipment yet.

Id say if you can find it somewhere else then cancel and ask for a full refund.
