I personally hope to do massive quests that take weeks. I also hope to do mass PvE like events.

PvPing a ton and ganking lowbies in the Open World.

By open world you mean Cyrodiil, and by lowbies you mean only level 50s. Yep.

Edit: And to answer the question. I'm going to be doing all the quests in the 50+(++) zones and dungeon clearing. Will mix in PvP in there too just for giggles.
