What's wrong in skyrim

I am loving playing this game. I think lots of things were improved a lot compared to oblivion. It's more fun to explore the world, the art is much cooler, better towns... well it's better in general IMO

However, there is something I am experiencing and I didn't experience that much in the past 2 games (morrowind and oblivion): It seems that Beth only tested the game until the char gets to lvl 30.

Before lvl 30, as a mage, every battle seemed new to me. There were enemies that could kill me of course and I had to use some tactics the destruction tree gives us like runes, etc. After that, battles seem so boring and slow because your damage isn't great and you can use stunlock which makes battles too easy IMO.

Then, I tried a MOD that increases the dmg of dual wield and its casting time (so you can't stunlock everyone). After that, the dmg became what it should be. However, another problem arises: if I don't stunlock everyone, they can of course hit me. However, archers have so much dmg they can kill me with 3 arrows even with alteration shield spells. This makes battles after lvl 30, too fast. Like kill or die in 5 seconds. It has been difficult to me trying to make fighting more fun with a mage....

I also have a friend who uses weapons. He says that after a certain lvl he can kill everything just too quickly. So the problem isn't only mine.

Also, there's also another problem with being a mage in this game: the further you go in the destruction perk tree, the less interesting destruction becomes. The novice, apprentice and adept spells were good and kept me excited in learning new spells. It was fun throwing ice spikes that got stuck in enemies's body. However, the expert spells seemed just a copy of the apprentice spells. Ice spears didn't bring anything new compared to ice spikes. Just a lower dmg/magicka ratio. Walls could also have higher dmg... The master spells could be nice but unfortunately the time they take to cast is sufficient to get you killed because of the reasons I stated above.

After lvl 30, fighting dragons with a mage is a utterly boring (stunlock+low dmg again). Furthermore, the number of dragons increases too much throughout the game which make them just seem like the new type of cliff racer or oblivion gate. I think beth exaggerated a bit.

Also, mobs lvling with your lvl while your dmg stays flat after reaching lvl100 with your dmg skill (eg. destruction, archery, weapon)) makes it a lot difficult for beth to balance things a bit. They should create a new combat/lvling system IMO.

Are you guys experiencing the same problems? Will beth do something or we will have to wait for the MOD community to change it?

Oh I forgot, what also made the game less interesting is that it was so much dumbed down, that after some hours playing, few things seem new

Well, but oblivion didn't have many balancing problems I think. I think this type of problems should be considered a "glitch" IMO. they should be repaired
