Claws and Night Eye, and the 75% disease resistance Argonian and Bosmer(I think) have. I don't bother with the rest.

I play as imperial, the Emperor power is useful if you piss off friend people an the extra gold is very useful!

I would have to say the nord one 50% frost resit because theres alot of frost mages and dragons, but for a power I saw redguard power becuase its not a daily power and can be use every few mints after the previouse use wears down.
