Skyrim Perk Guide
Amount of Perks obtainable: 80
Minimum Level Required for Completion: 81
Note: This guide is for a light-armored sneak using one-handed weapons, and a bow. Although this build is also excellent for head-on combat in cases where sneak is unwanted or cannot be used. Smithing, Alchemy, and Enchanting are used to create the best armor(s) and weapon(s). Restoration and Illusion perk trees are used for the magic spell “Invisibility”. For best results, download “Dragonborn” and “Dawnguard” add-on and use all Dragon items.

Health, Magicka, and Stamina: For this I recommend doing this pattern
Lvl 1: Health
Lvl 2: Magicka
Lvl 3 + 4: Repeat 1 and 2
Lvl 5: Stamina
Repeat this pattern until level 81 is reached.
Oghma Infinium Glitch for Leveling: Get Oghma Infinium Book by doing “Discerning The Transmundane” quest from Septimus Signus at Septimus Signus Outpost. Do not choose a path when the book asks you, instead choose “do not read”. Stand in front of bookshelves at your house. Save. Go to inventory and read Oghma Infinium, choose whatever path you like, then close book but don't leave the inventory menu after you read the book. Drop the oghma infinium. Wait 2 seconds. Pick up and store in bookshelf. Read book off of bookshelves, dont select a path, select “Do not read”. Take it off the bookshelf. Then repeatedly keep choosing path, dropping, storing, and so on as explained earlier until you are level 81.
Tip for better build: (Dragonborn add-on required) (slight spoiler) once defeating Miraak the player is given the option to reset entire perk trees. Enchanting, Alchemy and Smithing points are used in order to create the best armor. Although once the best armor is created, then those trees are rendered useless (unless you find alchemy useful which I find totally unnecessary). So once armor and weapons are created I strongly recommend resetting them and putting them into destruction and conjuration, although those perk points are to be used freely.
Tip if against glitching: Usually when someone is against glitching it is either because they like leveling themselves. If that is the case, do not use this as your first character. I used to love leveling on my own also but by my 5th character I just wanted to become perfect, so use this when that time comes. If you do not like glitching because you like role-playing and a glitch sort of breaks that reality than think of it like this; instead of imagining I was glitching I was imagining the the Oghma Infinium was linked to Hermaeus Mora himself, but that link was blocked off. Although I just found a way to open up the link, giving me access to more knowledge than he initially made available. That is how I glitched and still had a feel of reality, think of it like that or make up your own tale. If there's just no way you’re going to glitch than take the long road and level up without glitching. If you do that I recommend leveling combat skills, then sneak, then smithing, and then the rest is up to you.
