I'm waiting for the DLC at the moment.

However my character has done seemingly everything in Skyrim. I was wondering what you do with your hero then.
Do you just create a new and abandon the other one?

Is there anything else I can do with my character that will keep my entertained?

Well if you were RP'ing your character there should still be enough of stuff to do in the world, no? If you didnt RP that character, make a new character and try to RP that, you wont get bored withit
