What's your favorite hairstyle?

You should try RP!
I actually had no problem at all get in character with my first male. After all, gender isn't the only thing that makes a personality - in fact not even the biggest thing, at least not in Tamriel, where gender seems to matter much less than in our own world.

Lol, I do rp, but I just cant do it with a girl for some reason. Maybe its the shout voices.....

I mean, I could try to roleplay an Imperial, male, who will join the Empire. That is closest thing I can get to roleplay a female.

Hey, she's hot! :hubbahubba: You're a guy right? Ican't really stay interested in a female character. I guess since I'm not one, so its hard to stay immersed in it.

Heh.

Yeah, I don't really get very "in character" with my characters. It's more like playing with action figures or moving game pieces around on the game board. So, since I like stories with http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ActionGirl heroes (Buffy, Xena, Alias, etc), I generally take any opportunities to make them when a game lets me.

That was an informative read, lol.

Ok, so THAT'S the reason why it was so easy for me to get in character with my male... :P Damn, I knew I should have let him marry Marcurio or Argis instead of Brelyna!

Nah, I leave Marc for my Dunmer chick instead.
My next character once she's retired will likely be a male Altmer BA spellsword who really, really hates the Thalmor and therefore becomes Ulfric's best buddy. :D And I've already have plans for him and Jordis.

I always go with the short military look, almost but not quite buzzed completely down. That or the imperial hair cut. I hate the hair in these games, mostly due to the horrid clipping issues.

Depends on the character.

For my Redguard, who is a light-skinned type also has light hair which is not typical of Redguards. He essentially has a platinum hair color with a mohawk style.

Damn you PC gamers, and your awesome mods! Why can't M$ just svck it up and let me get mods? I really wish I could get a gaming PC though, the modding community is amazing.

I wouldn't give up mods for the world, BUT sometimes I feel like I'm spending more time organising/tweaking/optimising my mods than actually playing Skyrim...

In response to the question though... I use the ApachiiSkyHair long dreadlocks. Suits a travelling nord girl.

My favourite is the basic long hair (usually on elves).

The load screen where it shows the thalmor dude in hooded thalmor robes but his hair is still sticking out (which doesnt happen in game, your hair does not show through hooded thalmor robes).
That kind of hair is my favourite hairstyle, especially on my high elf characters.
