What is your favourite race in the elder scrolls series and : V

This is my first post and i just wanted to find out from you, the highly regarded elder scrolls community what all your favourite races are, i played morrowind and i played oblivion and i mostly played as human forms, mainly the elf races due to my love of stealth archer builds. So what are your favourite races? And why?

i like DUNMERS

i started playing the elder scrolls series with MORROWIND and they were the dominant race and just SUPER BAD ASS!

please forgive my ignorance they are indeed pretty much the same, in heinsight mabye i shouldn't of put both of those options in XD.

Nords because they look the most like me. I always try to make my first character look like me.

Breton because they have a sweet culture and are kick ass mages without the wimpy elf qualities.

Khajiit. Love the stealthiness with a sprinkle of assassiness.

Who better for the job then a feline race, since cats are natural predators with a stealthy flavor.

I pick for appearances' sake (not racial abilities or lore), so I tend to like Dunmer & Imperials. For their skin tones. (The other elves just look odd, orcs are green, nords & bretons either have height or face issues.....)

Of course, that's with improved skin texture mods. (And let's not get into modded races, like Chocolate Elves or High Imperials. head06 ftw!

I dont really have a fav. Dark elfs, Bretons and Argonians I like equally although I must admit, i prefer the Dunmer most being the first race i played.

Khajiit are my favourite. Always have been, always will be. I don't know what it is about them, I just think they're awesome overall. :>

Dunmer or breton for me. my fav class is a nightblade type toon. bretons or dunmer make the best stealth mages, imo. i can't choose because i don't know if i want my first toon to focus more on the magic or physical side

Although I never play as one, Bosmer are my favorite. I hope Skyrim does them justice. I like the earthy, stealthy archer type. I don't want freakishly tall or short characters (another reason I won't play wood elf), so I usually play a Breton archer :blink: I know, right?

Dunmers
They were the first race I picked in Daggerfall and really kick some ass with them. In Morrowind, I pick them again and really love how Bethesda made their personality. In Oblivion, I didn't really like them as much as the last game, but stuck to them out of tradition. Mainly though, they have stats to suit my favorite way to play.

Dunmers are in the lead? I guess all the Argonians are not out of bed yet :tongue:
