My top 5 games I want to get is:

5. Horizon Zero Dawn

I am most excited for MGS5 Phantom Pain and Fallout 4.

My social life will be completely destroyed by these two games

SW Battlefront has yet to show me anything that puts it above the second one (IMO)

MGS is by Konami and has Microtransactions in a $60 game for the singleplayer. As Jim Sterling says "[censored] Konami"

Nothing else even really seemed of any note to me.

All I can really think of is xcom 2, and the expansion for pillars of eternity, and the new torment game.

I was really excited for fallout, but after the e3 footage, my excitement dwindled and it's probably gonna be only a buy when it's on sale and goty edition, so like in a couple years.

Microtransactions is the only thing that svck about MGS5, although it is not pay-to-win.

Probably it's just for cosmetics, money in-game (Like money balance in GTA5 Online where Rockstar puts out cash cards for those who want to pay real money to get in-game money)

Despite that, I can't wait for MGS5 :3

Fallout 4 and Doom. Wanted to get the CE of FO4, but that ain't happening. Other games just don't interest me. Don't have enough info to make a call on Dishonored 2 though.

see, I am on the fence with P4DaN.. while i love both Persona and Rhythm games, I am down right terrible at rhythm games... took me over 3 hours just to get a passing score on Cat Food on Hatsune Miku project diva F..

You just have to practice. Nothing beats the feeling you get when you finally perfect a difficult song that you could barely clear before.

3. No Man's Sky - Can't wait, but it seems like the perfect game to flop.Unfettered expectations coupled with a small development team.

Huh, forgot about that one. Probably because I'm just not all that excited for another Mass Effect. I just get the feeling it's bound to [censored] up after what was already left as a good trilogy. I'll need to see more of it than just a small teaser trailer.

I am probably going to avoid ME:A.. i loved the first 3 Mass Effects, and actually thought ME3s ending was fitting to the themes presented throughout the Trilogy unlike most people..


but this whole, "brand new Galaxy!" is the stupidest thing..

back around ME3s launch a few people on the old Bioware forums said "we have already seen the milky way, we should be in another Galaxy next time!"..

which is stupid IMHO, there are over 100 Billion stars within the Milky Way Galaxy, even during the events of ME1-3 the vast majority are still unexplored, with less than a fraction even charted..


they could have just as easily gone this "exploration driven" route within the Milky Way and it would have worked just as well, we could have easily encountered new worlds, new races, new technology without making a Galaxy hop.. but instead they have fallen upon this "new galaxy" gimmick because they likely saw that thread on the BW forums going "ohh, this guy wants a new Galaxy, okay, lets give it to him!"..



its like if Tolkein had Lord of the Rings after Return of the King and said "okay, next book lord of the rings book, set in Narnia!"
