making a new nation in the nation states game and trying to think of a name for a confederation between pennsylvania maryland and delware. its if the usa failed early on and those states formed a new confederation

If it was early enough in the US History, the whole area would be called Maryland. Pennsylvania and Delaware (part of it anyway) were carved out of the original land charter for Maryland.
