I kinda do wonder what some of the more successful lamplighters would turn into. Big Town seems to be a wash, I could see a teenaged Macready turning into a raider boss when he leaves, and forming a pretty decent clan of them.

MacCready is a [censored] boss. I don't see him turning to raiding, but maybe merc group, or possibly leading a settlement, since he has experience.

I feel like when he gets to big town, he'll slap some people around and raise it up from the whingefest we see in F3.

Wow! Sounds like at least one of my predictions could actually be spot on. I suggested way back in July that we could be seeing a number of character from LL showing up as advlts in Fallout 4. For example, Lucy will now be 21, and so could be running her own practice somewhere in the Commonwealth.
