Some fairly powerful enemies down there, and from what i can tell only one way out after a certain point. if you're under level thirty make sure to have a backup save just in case.

There's a dragon priest down there. A named one. After you jump off the ridge and into the area with the giant red door and the bloodskal blade, there's no turning back. The key to the door's puzzle is that you have to aim the beam of the sword (with power attack) to the same direction of the lines of red energy. If they're horizontal, flick your joystick to the left or right when you power attack and it will sideways slash, throwing a horizontal beam. Power attack normally for a vertical beam.

Also, when the guy above said "the miner", he meant Crescius. He'll be right there toward the beginning of the mine.

Dragonpriest was easy, just throw up a ward and hit with incinerate, drink a potion, do it again, change it up with a lightning storm, no prob. Level 81, piece a cake. Swords awesome though
