Whats up with the glitches?

So, i live in germany and today i finally got to download the Dawnguard DLC. Which is fine by me by the way, i was annoyed at the later release date at first, but then i thought i'd rather wait a few more weeks and let them do the translations in the right way than having to deal with Oblivion-level translations again.

So i download the DLC and i walk towards Windhelm and a naked orc walks towards me and tells me about the Dawnguard. I found it funny but then i pickpocketed him and saw that he actually had all his armor equipped. So i stole it from him and put it on. I was still wearing my other armor as i put on the Dawnguard armor. It also indicated that when i looked at my menu.
Then i dropped the armor to the floor and it showed up normally.

When i then went to the Dawnguard castle and looked around, i saw a pen with invisible dogs.

I went to a german speaking website and on there many people said they had to deal with invisible enemies and armor just like me.

So, what is this? I've seen youtube videos of that 1st quest and the dawnguard people were wearing their armor normally.

Is this bug exclusive for european, non-english speaking countries? If so, thanks a lot, Bethesda.

And while you're at it, and I know how crazy this sounds before I ask, but could you maybe... I don't know... fix the vanilla game as well?

Broken DLC for all european players. Seems very much so. And i've seen videos of the english versions where these bugs weren't a problem.

I'm certainly no programmer, but when you do the translations and change what the people say, when exactly comes the point where you accidentally make enemies and armor invisible?

Pretty sure it has something to do with the accent marks. An "a?" Psh... That's no problem, but if you get an "á" in the subtitles all Hell breaks loose.

Yeah, but putting an á or an ? in the subtitles shouldn't make armor and enemies disappear

I was joking.

No idea what's causing this, but from reading interviews and all these things saying how Bethesda can't fix all of Skyrim's bugs because if they fix one thing, they run the risk of breaking ten other things, makes me feel the game's coding is held together with chewing gum.

When Mass Effect 3 came out here in Italy a localisation problem made so that the Grissom Academy mission was freezing all the times it was launched...so...everything is possible, even localisations can [censored]k up the game :)
