All,

I am currently Vilified by the Powder Gangers because I've been going through them like gang-busters. I'm level 18 now and I have been doing other things and I've mostly put them behind me.

All of a sudden I discover Vault 19. It has a bunch of convicts that aren't flagged as Powder Gangers, even though the main guy in there (Samuel Cooke) says he orchestrated it, etc. For some reason, I'm flagged as Neutral here.

Shouldn't I be Vilified here?

I want to cut all these guys down due to my hatred of Powder Gangers, and I might. But I'm curious why these aren't auto-hostile to me?

Also, will it ruin any significant quests if I just start whacking them? My characters hates all Powder Gangers.
