Just received Wheel of Fortune quest and I suppose to talk Boxcars about radiation suits, problem is he doesnt say me anything so can't continue quest, I've gave him meds earlier in game, dunno if it broke quest?

Giving him Meds shouldn't matter. I gave him meds also and I can still converse with him.

Have you been/come from Camp Searchlight?

I'm getting the same problem... Yep another bugged quest. I wonder if these guys ever tested their game before releasing it.

Mine went off without a hitch.

Seems to be that as long as you do these quests in EXACTLY the right order stuff goes okay but as soon as you deviate even slightly it all falls apart.

Which is pretty lame given that the whole premise of New Vegas is to complete a lot of these quests in whatever order suits you and however you want.
