Yesterday I got caught in the middle of two bandit chiefs, a bandit marauder, and a bandit thug ambushing two giants and a mammoth. I only have Strun and Ba but it gets the job done. I was ~ level 40 wearing iron garbage for gear. There was no way I was making it out of that one in one piece without using it.

It was pretty cool because I quoted Heimskr and LMAO'd while doing it... "LET ME SHOW YOU THE POWER OF TALOS STORMCORWN!!"

In all honesty I never use it, because its such an unsafe ability, attacks everything in range including friendly npc's, all it does it get you in trouble v_v

This is why I don't use it.

I thought I was in the wilds all by myself so I used Storm Call. Next thing I see is 40 bounty blah blah and then 40 bounty removed last witness killed. turns out I killed a courier. No idea if he had a letter for me. Nothing was on his body.

- Walk in Whiterun.
- Look around.
- Get to the marketplace.
- Storm Call.
- Walk into an Inn and complain about bad weather in Skyrim.

It's a cool-looking shout. That's it. I still would've preferred Alduin's meteor shower shout. Just because it looks cool.

Use it on bandit and forsworn strongholds. By the way, it is really really effective against dragons, just make sure there are no civlians around.

This. ^ It also has a ridiculously long cool down time.

In the right place, it is the most powerful Shout there is.

But, like a Nuclear Bomb, it really only had limited uses and opportunities. You need to make sure that everything in the area, but you, needs to die. Because they will.
