Hopefully they will make minor plug ins, with new weapons, seasonal foliage, adoption, remarriage, divorce, new houses. I bet if they were to release seasonal foliage it would be in the fall. Since it would be something minor they could easily release it by then, and I bet it would be for five dollars.

but then that would just be like horse armor if they were to sell the seasonal folliage for 5 dollars. It is just seasons changing.

As stupid as this sounds to some of you, I would pay $5 to have changing seasons (horse armor isn't worth it though). Why? Because, I haven't seen hardly any (if any) games take advantage of changing seasons with the foliage changing as a result. Know what would bring it one step closer to perfection for me? Holidays within certain seasonal months. You'll see the NPCs celebrating whatever it is they come up with only for that one day of the year. I also want buildable/movable homes.

This is why I am telling people Bethesda should make some kind of DLC where you can kill an emperor crab and turn its giantic shell into a home that is similar to the emperor crab homes back in Morrowind.

The arrows would be cool and I assume it wouldn't be hard to do because they already have the effects in-game from the bolts. However, the seasonal foliage seems like a pipe dream. Sure, it looked okay in the gamejam video in a very limited area near Riverwood, but to have seasonal foliage throughout the entirety of Skyrim would take too much processing power and I highly doubt it'll happen, and personally I'd like to see other things added. Perhaps seasonal changes is something for the next TES game on the next gen consoles with more advanced engines like unreal4 and luminous, that would be something worth mentioning. *drools*

No problem, buy a PC and use one of the many mods that do that.

I thought there was suppose to be dynamic snow, they said that before the game was out...

I do notice there is a snow texture that coveres most objects, why can't they apply that to different areas over time, right now all the areas in the game seem fixed...

There are fire and ice bolts so if you use the crossbow you can already have one of your wishes.

I would love seasonal foliage. I've seen some mods, and I was surprised at how different some of the hold cities looked. Ice and fire arrows was something I want ever since Game jam(that or arrow enchanting).

If you enchant a bow with fire or frost damage you get the equivalent of fire or ice arrows.

I don't know if the seasonal foliage is such a good idea.

Consider:
If the trees and flowers and such start changing according to a seasonal schedule, you have to expect other changes to accompany them - for instance, snowfall, rain, streams swollen and flooding from snowmelt, significant landscape changes (for instance, various passes getting clogged with snow after storms, or even avalanches), and that sort of thing.

The insects and animals would be affected, too.

Be careful what you wish for, because the changes could wind up being quite profound, and perhaps even discomfiting.

I do not think we are going to get this, given that alchemy plants do not even respawn.

Though I wish they would add it, along with all that other stuff they promised. Such as economies.
