That's the menu. When I click Install, Steam just starts the game again and it sends me right back to that menu and it continues like this in an endless loop.
I have tried reinstalling the game, changing the sound thingy in the control panel and the "Verify integrity of game cache" thing on steam. Now I am desperate for help as I have had the game for 24 hours and still can't play it.

does no one have a solution?

I am having the exact same issue. I haven't been able to find anywhere that there is a solution except to play through the TESV mode which is pathetic at best. I'm thinking that I should just exchange my PC version for an Xbox version... This is rediculous
