Once you recruit the members Isran tells you to recruit.

You get it from a member you recruit, but have to buy the other variations (red light armour, grey light armour etc...)

Make sure when you buy the heavy armor version off Spoiler Start Gunmar Spoiler Finish
you buy the white version, grey one looks ugly as balls had to spend another 2K to look like a proper crusading gee
