When I get HF - I want to personally decorate my houses... but I remember reading somewhere that if you let your steward or somebody auto-decorate your house first that it will always auto-respawn that stuff sometime later, thus preventing you from actually modifying/adding anything to your home.

I just wanted to see if this was true, and if there were anything I can do to prevent this? If I avoid using the Steward, will I miss out on any special/exclusive items? For example - will I not get tables, containers and such?

I'm on the PS3 - so please don't give me console commands as they're useless to me.

Right now I'm just stockpiling stuff I find, wanting to use it for the home - but I was considering using the auto-decorate first for general placement, like I did with my Skyrim homes, and then just modifying/adjusting/adding/replacing to those placements
