Is there anybody here who has a solution what to do if the weather gets locked to the same type and never changes?

I'm currently using the mod Realistic Weather and Real Nights and it's been a blizzard for several days in Dawnstar, Whiterun and Rorikstead.

I've tried using console commands to reset the weather to vanilla default but the snow storm is back within 24 hours.
