When do wild werewolves start to spawn?

Post » Mon Nov 19, 2012 5:22 am

I have seen Babette feeding on a dead orc, but I haven't encountered any wild werewolves yet. :(

Yes. And then creating a pack. And mating. And making your pack larger. And more mating. And mating. And hunting. And mating.
What about sniffing? I think there would be some sniffing too!

Time to go werewolf hunting and do they have pelts? I need some trophies.

Sadly no, which doesnt make sense... As they added a "werewolf pelt" to the game!!

Spoiler

its in harkons room.

Bethesda! Hear my request!

Werewolf helmet crafted from that pelt!

(No offense, my character is a wolf.... But imagine dat beautiful helmet... Or full armor similar to stormcloak officers)

The most easy way to find them is between 9pm-3am walking off to the side of the road. It works even better if your away from settlements. I have seen most of my this way.

I went looking for one to see if it was true that they still attack you if you are a werewolf also. To my surprise he didn't attack me so maybe someone made a mistake? I was running around Falkreath hold as a werewolf and i found 2 and it was pretty awesome to run with them, until my time ran out anyway :stare:

Exactly , must carry more torches and restoration spells , also my mace.
I will destroy you, Vigilant! Even my Dawnguard, Good-guy, saintly character (Who joined the DB, the TG, and murders annoying farmers on the streets... I could always use the excuse that they are werewolves!) will destroy the remaining vigil!

ahh, are they aggressive? My character's a werewolf will they attack him? If so what about if he transforms?

Have you ever watched National Geographic when they showcase the battle between two wolves for Alpha Male in a pack?

They're as friendly as that. :D

This was the only werewolf thread on the front page and I just read something in an article even though I'm trying to avoid spoilers so I have to ask. Are we forced to become a werewolf joining the Dawnguard? Are we forced to transform into anything other than our original character? Thanks, everyone. I hope you're having a great time playing the addon. :tes:

No.

The only quest line in which you're forced to become a Werewolf to finish it, is the Companions. Other than them, there's nowhere else to contract it, and it's not even offered to become one in Dawnguard.

Thank you very much! I was very disappointed about that path with the Companions, never finished it, and it would have been a deal-breaker for Dawnguard. It's not the way my characters play. Cool...looking forward to playing. :) :tes:

Both sides of the Expansion (Vampire and Dawnguard) are very very good for their own reasons. I recommend playing through both sides. :D
