When will Bethesda get around to fixing stuck Quest items?

So I was doing a second playthorugh of Skyrim. This time trying to avoid getting any stuck quest items, I looted a chest at random in a dungeon and found out that I now have this book. This was 30 hours or so ago.

Chronicles of Nchuleft

so I go to Skyrim wiki and UESP and what I found was quite disheartening.

Now I know that quest items weigh nothing but it seriously clutters my inventory screen to the point of ad nauseam.
When will Bethesda get around to patching actual quest fixes.
I can imagine someone going through Skyrim their first time and getting confused as to why certain items won't drop. That why missions they completed won't clear, etc.

If fans can fix these bugs why can't Bethesda?

It's hard to fix something that technically isn't broken.

Quest items being unremovable form your inventory isn't a bug, it isn't a glitch, it is how the game was designed to be. they wont patch it becuase it's not broken.

I have the Helm of Windhelm and a Candlestick mould. Yeah. Annoying.
